Excellent Beginnings PreK Instructional Assistant at Bentonville Schools supports teachers in daily classroom activities, creating a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

You will assist with arrivals, transitions, learning opportunities, and progress observations, while maintaining records and collaborating with families and staff to promote positive childhood outcomes.

• Ability to maintain emotional control and make decisions in stressful situations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral formats with staff and community.
• Knowledge of best practices in Early Childhood Education.
• Knowledge of data information systems.
• Ability to use computer networks and software applications as needed.
