Job summary

Precision Plumbing in Matthews, NC is seeking a Prefabrication Technician to support the fabrication shop by assembling pipes, fittings and related materials for commercial projects. This role collaborates with the Prefabrication Manager to ensure accurate preparation of pipes, hangers, carriers, and other materials for construction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain strict safety practices, and contribute to timely project delivery while developing skills through hands-on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pipes, fittings, hangers, carriers, and other materials in accordance with shop specs.
• Follow directions from the Prefabrication Supervisor and participate in training.
• Identify work that needs to be completed and seek guidance to support shop productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per safety standards.
