Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Experience with PdM tools such as infrared, ultrasound and oil analysis.
• Ability to train technicians and EIT members in predictive maintenance.
• Must meet safety and training requirements (OSHA, LOTO, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform PdM readings and data collection, build baselines and trends.
• Create corrective work orders based on analysis results.
• Lead/mentor reliability tech levels D thru A.
• Maintain data and charts; present findings to management.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to standards.
