Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, in LaFayette, GA seeks a Total Productive Maintenance-Predictive Maintenance Technologies (PDM) Technician to support maintenance activities and deploy PdM monitoring.

You will work with TPM Engineer and Senior Reliability Tech to implement predictive maintenance, calibrate sensors, analyze vibration/thermography data, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Support TPM activities and ensure PM tasks follow TPM standards.
• Develop and deploy PdM monitoring (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, motor testing).
• Train maintenance staff on PdM and lubrication practices.
• Assist in lubrication storage, filtering oil, and visual management of PM tasks.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
