Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance-Predictive Maintenance Technologies (PDM) Technician in LaFayette, GA. Join a team that uses predictive tech to keep plant equipment running, and to improve safety, quality, costs and on-time delivery.

You will work with TPM Engineers and maintenance staff to implement PdM monitoring (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, motor testing) and help develop inspection and lubrication procedures for sustained equipment

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of equipment and components.
• Excellent attention to detail during inspections.
• Ability to communicate in a team setting with all levels.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Motivated to drive improvements in safety, quality, costs and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and LOTO requirements.
• Review equipment with TPM Engineer to identify risks.
• Develop and implement oil filtration and lubrication plans.
• Train maintenance personnel on PDM monitoring and lubrication.
• Participate in TPM kick-off and ongoing TPM meetings.
• Support and promote a problem-solving environment.
