Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, seeks a Senior TPM Engineer to ensure equipment and processes run reliably on the shop floor. You will analyze data, lead maintenance initiatives, and collaborate with NPI/Project teams and plant operations to improve reliability and reduce costs.

The role requires hands-on TPM leadership, experience with maintenance strategies, and the ability to drive problem solving and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Louisville, KY site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability, engineering, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Shop floor leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes including lubrication management, vibration analysis, thermal analysis, root cause failure analysis and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of TPM program supporting production goals.
• Lead AP2 TPM activities and support on-boarding of maintenance team.
• Monitor budget and maintenance department performance.
• Support development of EAM reporting and spare parts crib.
• Lead TPM training and continuous improvement initiatives using data.
