Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ months in role per policy.
• Approval from line manager to apply.
• Good standing in current position.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years as maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to train others on equipment.
• Strong electrical knowledge up to 480 VAC and 12 kV DC.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Use PdM technologies to baseline and trend data to prevent failures.
• Schedule data-collection routes and maintain monitoring equipment.
• Analyze data to reduce nuisance alarms and speed repairs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Eng for root-cause analyses.
• Ensure new installations maximize equipment longevity.
• Perform acceptance tests on new equipment with predictive tech.
• Provide metrics and reports on program ROI.
• Support TPM and asset care matrix development.
