Qualifications

• Must have 12+ months in current role or at Mars/related setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degrees preferred.
• Strong electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; capable of data/trend analysis.
• Ability to train others and work in rotating shift environments.

Responsibilities

• Use predictive maintenance technologies to baseline and trend data.
• Schedule data-routes, maintain online monitoring equipment and capture data.
• Analyze data to reduce nuisance alarms and enable timely repairs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Eng. for root-cause analysis and autopsies.
• Ensure new installations maximize equipment longevity with Engineering.
• Conduct acceptance tests on new equipment using predictive tech.
• Provide KPI reporting and document case studies for program goals.
