Job summary

Stellantis NV seeks an experienced Operations Manager for Predictive Maintenance to lead cross‑functional efforts across PDT Engineering, Quality, Aftersales, customer care, SWBU, AI & ICT teams, and brands. You will select issues for maintenance, define patterns, and coordinate data collection and algorithm development to reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering or product quality experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Predictive Maintenance operations for one or more use cases.
• Plan, test, ramp up, and run live operations for predictive maintenance.
• Monitor algorithm performance and field results (precision, recall, on-time).
• Build the business case for selected failures and initiate operations.
• Coordinate with PDT Engineering, Quality, Aftersales, customer care, AI & ICT teams, and brands.
