Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Predictive Maintenance Operations Manager to lead the program aimed at forecasting quality failures before they occur. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or product quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Select issues (failures) for predictive maintenance and build the business case.
• Coordinate with engineering experts across commodities to assess candidates.
• Define data collection, pattern definitions, and monitoring for selected failures.
• Support development of detection algorithms from a business perspective.
• Plan and operate test phases, ramp-up, and full operations for selected failures.
• Monitor algorithm performance and field results (precision, recall, on-time).
• Monitor savings, customer impact, and related KPIs and adjust operations as needed.
