Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Operations Manager to lead a program aimed at preventing quality failures and reducing warranty costs. You will oversee cross‑functional teams across brands, quality, Aftersales, SWBU, AI & ICT, and dealers to deploy predictive use cases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering or product quality, a degree in engineering, and fluent English; an international profile and OTA/connected vehicle experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering or product quality experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Select issues (failures) for predictive maintenance to save costs.
• Collaborate with engineering experts across commodities.
• Validate pattern definitions, data collection and pattern.
• Support teams building detection algorithms.
• Build business case and decide to start operations.
• Plan and operate test phase, ramp-up and full operations.
• Monitor algorithm performance and field results (precision).
• Track savings and customer impact; adjust criteria as needed.
• Ensure alignment with dealers, brands, customer care, and QA stakeholders.
