Job summary

The Predictive Insights Analyst will support the growth of advanced analytics capabilities across the organization, with emphasis on pricing strategy, customer insights, and revenue maximization at the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and South Florida Motorsports events. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or closely related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong foundation in data science, predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and quantitative problem solving.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Power BI, or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to support pricing, product tiering, demand forecasting, secondary-market evaluation, retention, and customer targeting.
• Enhance existing analytical models and identify new applications.
• Independently explore complex customer, transactional, and engagement data to identify meaningful relationships and actionable recommendations.
• Develop analytical approaches to identify best sales opportunities, relevant products, and effective communication channels.
• Support customer scoring and lead automation in collaboration with Analytics, Revenue Operations, CRM, Sales, and Marketing.
• Identify opportunities to apply learnings across business verticals amid new datasets and questions.
