Gemini seeks a Prediction Markets Operations Intern for Winter 2027 in New York City. This semester‑long role runs January to April 2027, three days a week in person at our New York office, offering hands‑on experience from idea to live contracts and settlements.

You will research, configure, review, and launch event contracts, support live markets, and collaborate across Prediction Markets, Operations, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Design, Marketing, and liquidity

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Master’s degree.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to research information and distinguish authoritative sources.
Sound judgment and a willingness to elevate uncertainty.
Comfort with detailed, repeatable, process‑driven tasks.
Ability to manage time‑sensitive work without sacrificing accuracy.
Dependability and follow through.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and web‑based business tools.
Ability to work in‑office.
Availability for the scheduled, lightweight evening or weekend monitoring rotation.

Responsibilities

Review, triage, and investigate prediction‑market support tickets.
Monitor live markets for incorrect content, timing discrepancies, operational issues, or unexpected behavior.
Document completed resolutions according to team procedures.
Execute approved market settlements in the Contract Management System after training.
