Job summary

Prime Group in Hollywood, Florida is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager to support our preconstruction department under the Director of Preconstruction. You will coordinate with the estimators and permit coordinators to review project plans, requirements and specifications, serving as a key liaison among management, operations and estimating staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or business management.
• 4-6 years of construction management or similar experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and analyze construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Process and review design consultant plans for all projects.
• Create construction projects in Sage CPC and Plan Grid.
• Maintain plan logs and update plan sets with revisions.
• Organize drawings and construction documentation on the shared server.
• Upload and organize construction documents in Sage CPC.
• Add users in Sage CPC and manage Plan Grid licenses.
• Coordinate permit activities with the Permit Coordinator; travel as needed.
• Create consultant budgets and assist in budget proforma adjustments.
