Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in St. Louis, guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction, building strong teams and coordinating with subs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial PM, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and proven leadership, communication, and cost-control skills. Salary range is $80,000–$120,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution, including financial performance and delivery strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing project teams.
• Oversee project cost controls, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability.
• Develop, track, and communicate detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Manage change orders, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution.
• Identify project risks early and implement practical, client-focused solutions.
• Maintain site logistics and build plans to meet constructability goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners.
• Support professional development of team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
