Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
• Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with a broad set of digital construction tools (Timberline, MS Office, bid mgmt systems, online plan rooms, Bluebeam).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a diverse team.
• Proven track record managing preconstruction activities for large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all preconstruction activities from concept to plan approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives.
• Monitor budgets, estimates, and schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve issues early to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
