Job summary

WTS Energy in Alexandria, VA seeks a Preconstruction Manager with recent water/wastewater construction experience to lead major pursuits and proposals for large-scale municipal infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating bid strategy, proposals, and owner interviews, and leading a preconstruction team.

The ideal candidate has strong self-perform construction knowledge (concrete and mechanical), excellent communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications
