Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Manager to lead pursuit planning and preconstruction efforts for wastewater and water projects. You will oversee the preconstruction process and coordinate with estimating, operations, purchasing, and business development teams, serving as the primary client contact.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of engineering design development experience in water/wastewater facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of engineering design development experience for water/wastewater facilities.
• DBIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimators and operations during preconstruction.
• Direct contact with owner and owner's representative.
• Mentor and train preconstruction staff.
• Coordinate with Director and regional managers to maintain standards.
• Assist in preparing preconstruction proposals, fees, and bid packages.
• Lead and participate in VE, MOPO, HAZOP workshops.
• Manage preconstruction schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with DBE requirements.
