Description

The Preconstruction Manager - Top ENR GC - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Project Assessment:
  • Evaluate project feasibility and requirements.
• Budget Management:
  • Create and manage project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Identify and address potential project risks.
• Bid Process:
  • Coordinate bidding, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and permits.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reports.
• Lead and mentor preconstruction team.
• Client Relations:
  • Build positive client relationships.

Profile

The successful Preconstruction Manager - Top ENR GC - Raleigh should have the following qualifications:
