Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Preconstruction Manager for its Houston operation. This newly created role offers genuine scope for growth across oil and gas manufacturing, industrial, big box retail, and high rise commercial work.

You will lead preconstruction from budgeting through GMP, own estimating strategy and buyout planning, and shape how the function is organized, with a path to Director within about two years.

Qualifications

• Preconstruction or senior estimating experience across commercial or industrial project types, including oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, or high rise.
• Demonstrated ability to run preconstruction end to end, from early budgeting through GMP development and buyout strategy
• A leadership orientation and genuine interest in progressing toward a Director level role

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction across a broad and varied project mix, partnering with ownership and design teams from initial budgeting through GMP; ownership of estimating strategy, buyout planning, and cost control.
