• Estimating & Scope Development: Prepare and review detailed takeoffs, estimates, scopes of work, bid packages, and front-end documents across multiple projects.
• Bid Management & Analysis: Oversee subcontractor and supplier solicitations, bid leveling, comparisons, and all bid-day execution activities.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to guide design development, schedules, and project decisions.
• Projects & Handoff: Support proposals, GMP development, and seamless transition from preconstruction to operations, including post-bid evaluations.

About The Job

The Preconstruction Manager oversees all early project planning and estimating activities while leading and mentoring other estimators.
