Job summary

gpac is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join a Scottsdale-based general contractor in Phoenix. You will lead budgeting, estimating, and cost planning for a variety of commercial projects, collaborating with clients, design teams, and internal operations from concept through GMP.

The role emphasizes value engineering, bid management, and seamless handoff to operations, with opportunities to work on education, municipal, and healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction (ground-up and/or TI).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Able to work in the U.S. without restriction.
