The role focuses on bridging estimating, client communication, and operations coordination within commercial construction preconstruction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preconstruction management, with a strong background in coordinating with operations and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial construction preconstruction management
• Preference for candidates with prior operations experience
• Experience managing both estimating responsibilities and client-facing deliverables
• Ability to work closely with Operations teams throughout the preconstruction process
• Strong understanding of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build delivery models

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction process from initial planning through project handoff
• Develop estimates, budgets, schedules, and client presentations
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure constructability and successful project execution
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout the preconstruction phase
• Support accurate project planning and risk identification

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong estimating background with client-facing experience
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
• Experience supporting CMAR and Design-Build projects
