Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar construction role
• Experience in preconstruction planning, budgeting, contract management, subcontracting, procurement
• Excel skills with advanced data analysis
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction phase of all projects, ensuring accurate planning, budgeting and estimating
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather information for preconstruction
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including admin tasks and site activities
• Conduct detailed risk assessments to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Review contracts and subcontracts, negotiating favorable terms for the company
• Coordinate with procurement to acquire materials and equipment timely and cost-effectively
• Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget
• Leverage Excel to track and report progress, costs and metrics
• continually improve preconstruction processes and procedures
