A well-established, privately owned construction company in Charlotte is looking to add an experienced Preconstruction Manager to its growing team.

The company has been established for nearly 90 years and is currently in a growth phase, expanding into new markets and taking on increasingly challenging projects. They are known for taking on complex work and competing successfully against much larger national contractors.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the preconstruction process from early project development through to GMP, working across both public and private projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing preconstruction activities from early budgeting through GMP
