Preconstruction Manager

What you’ll need

• At least 5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related role (i.e., you’re a PM that estimates or is involved in preconstruction)
• Strong technical understanding of building systems and construction methods
• Proficiency with drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost-planning toolsClear communication skills and the ability to work proactively within a collaborative environment
