We're looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager who enjoys being involved early, solving complex problems, and helping shape projects long before construction starts.

This role isn't about simply producing estimates. We're looking for someone who can lead preconstruction efforts from concept through buyout, working closely with owners, design teams, operations, and trade partners to build realistic budgets, identify risk, develop strategy, and set projects up for success.

You'll be involved in a variety of complex projects and play a key role in the transition from pursuit to execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document estimates

  • Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal project teams

  • Help develop procurement and buyout strategies

  • Identify project risks and opportunities early in the process

  • Assist with schedule development and overall project planning

  • Present budgets, estimates, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in preconstruction, estimating, cost management, or project planning

  • Ability to develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates

  • Experience working directly with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

  • Understanding of procurement, contracts, and project delivery methods

  • Ability to balance technical detail with big-picture project strategy

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead discussions with project stakeholders
