Job summary

Leoforce in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to own early project efforts from concept through GMP.

You will partner with owners, architects, and operations to shape scope, budget, and schedule before breaking ground. Lead conceptual, SD, DD, and GMP estimates; run design-build and CM-at-risk pursuits; drive value engineering and constructability reviews; build subcontractor bid lists; develop budgets, schedules, risk registers, and qualifications; present strategy to owners

Qualifications

• 7+ years in estimating/precon with a GC or CM.
• Healthcare, senior living, multifamily, or industrial experience.
• Strong conceptual estimating and self-perform/trade scope knowledge.
• Comfortable in front of clients – you help win work.
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent).

Responsibilities
