Job summary

Actalent in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Estimator to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts from concept through award. You will review plans, develop budgets, manage bid solicitations, and present budgets and recommendations to clients and leadership, while building strong trade-partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or commercial construction.
• Experience with BuildingConnected, OST, and Excel.
• Commercial construction experience (industrial, office, retail, or TI).
• Strong plan-reading, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trade partner relationships.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
