Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, or similarly complex projects.
• Strong conceptual estimating, budgeting, and client relationship skills.
• Someone interested in long-term growth and taking on greater leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through final GMP.
• Develop estimates, cost models, value engineering strategies, and constructability reviews.
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and operations teams throughout design development.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid packages, scope reviews, and procurement strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators and preconstruction professionals.
