Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead projects from conceptual budgeting through final GMP, owning estimating, value engineering and constructability. You will partner directly with owners, architects and operations on large, complex projects, develop subcontractor strategies and bid packages, and mentor junior team members—within a growth‑minded, family‑oriented culture.
