The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join a growing construction and development team in Dallas, Texas, overseeing the preconstruction phase of major mixed-use developments, with project values of $50M+.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute and technically strong construction professional with experience delivering complex, high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the preconstruction process from early concept and feasibility through to design development, estimating, procurement strategy and construction mobilisation.

Experience & Requirements

We are looking for a highly capable Preconstruction Manager with:

• 8+ years' experience within the construction industry, ideally with significant preconstruction experience.
• A proven track record working on large-scale construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong experience with high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Experience delivering or preconstructing complex, multi-storey developments in a major metropolitan market.
