Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant construction estimating experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organization to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble bid proposals with detailed takeoffs and pricing.
• Participate in bidding and pre-construction services; attend pre-bid meetings.
• Research, negotiate and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
• Participate in pre-job meetings with project management personnel.
