Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble bid proposals with detailed takeoffs and BIS review.
• Participate in bidding and pre-construction services; attend pre-bid meetings.
• Research, negotiate, and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
• Attend pre-job meetings with project management personnel.
