This role involves working closely with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to prepare precise estimates based on blueprints and project specifications. Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or 3 or more years related experience.
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents for commercial construction projects.
• Basic computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheet programs.

Responsabilités

• Plans cost factors for building projects.
• Consults with clients and architects for estimates.
• Prepares quantity take-offs and estimates costs.
