MTech Mechanical is seeking a Preconstruction Engineer to provide engineering, pricing and administrative support across all preconstruction phases. This role partners with Senior Preconstruction Managers to drive sales objectives while enabling career growth toward the Preconstruction Manager role.

The position, located in Westminster, CO, offers exposure to technical design, energy analysis, and professional advancement within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–10 years mechanical/industrial systems experience.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist PreConstruction team with pursuits, conceptual designs, energy analyses, and preliminary system selections.
• Prepare and price proposals to meet client needs and achieve fair profit for MTech Mechanical.
• Coordinate with project engineers and managers and maintain active communication with clients.
• Support estimating team to produce complete and accurate estimates and track job costs.
