Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Engineer to collaborate with the Preconstruction Manager across Design-Build, Design Assist, and Integrated projects.

The role focuses on basic electrical power, lighting, and low voltage installations, with constructability reviews and value engineering. The candidate should be proficient with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and NEC knowledge, and will support budgets, schedules, and field coordination throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive CAD experience or equivalent (Accubid welcomed).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical design standards.

Responsibilities

• Applies detailing and prefabrication strategies to design during Preconstruction.
• Leads and assists estimating team in budget development and cost alternatives.
• Provides design, budgeting, and model coordination support on Design-Build and Integrated projects.
• Maintains communication with the Preconstruction Manager on changes and modifications.
• Supports field personnel with design intent and on-site coordination as needed.
