Job summary

This position involves managing project schedules, facilitating communication with contractors and team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction science and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical engineering or construction management experience.
• Active EIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preconstruction process of design-build and design-assist projects.
• Manages small-scale design-build and design-assist projects.
• Develops and manages design schedules.
• Assists in contract review process.
• Manages the design process with engineering and VDC teams.
• Performs on-site field surveys to collect data.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent analytical and technical writing skills

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with Autodesk Products and Revit

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Exposure to calculations and design

Understanding of building codes and standards

Education
