Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of design/build construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Vertical commercial construction experience.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work closely with owners to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
