• Comprehensive understanding of building construction.
• Passion for process improvement and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare historical cost data from various sources.
• Produce reports and insights from gathered data.
• Monitor and assist with data quality and standards.
• Update Beck Cost Index and assist with projections.
• Contribute to the bi-annual Beck Cost Report by preparing comparisons.
