Job summary

CASK Construction, a St. Petersburg-based residential construction company, seeks a client-facing leader for its preconstruction department.

You will guide homeowners from preconstruction through design development, budgeting, and contract execution, ensuring an exceptional client experience that drives conversion to construction. You will own design meetings, budget alignment, and ongoing communication to keep projects moving smoothly, with a 85% target retention into construction and quarterly

Qualifications

Experience in residential construction, remodeling, custom home building, or design-build.
Proven track record in consultative, relationship-based sales.
Strong communication and follow-through with clients.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships from preconstruction agreement through signed construction contract.
Lead design, budget, and contract alignment meetings with homeowners.
Guide clients through budget decisions, financing conversations, and construction tradeoffs.
Maintain project momentum with proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
Present construction agreements and collect deposits.
Create a seamless handoff to the Construction Project Manager and Superintendent.
