Qualifications

• Experience in design-build with a desire to transition to construction.
• Versed in permitting and entitlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preconstruction process in the high-end residential market.
• Work with estimating for various phases of pre-construction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, trade partners, and local municipalities.
