• Distribute drawings, addenda, and information; track responses.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP responses and bid forms.
• Coordinate signatures, bid bonds, and submission logistics.
• Support preconstruction meetings, notes, and handoff.
• Provide administrative support to Preconstruction team.
