Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Bid Coordinator – Preconstruction to support MEP estimating and preconstruction teams. You will manage bid administration, organize documentation, and ensure on-time, compliant proposal submissions.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in preconstruction or estimating support, with familiarity in mechanical construction and use of BuildingConnected, iSqFt, Bluebeam, and Excel. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of preconstruction or estimating support experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical construction preferred.
• Experience with BuildingConnected, iSqFt, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standardized folder structures and set up new opportunities in estimating systems.
• Organize project documentation including plans, specs, and addenda; maintain logs.
• Assemble proposal packages and update CRM/BuildOps as directed.
