Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator to join the DART team in Greenfield, IN. The role focuses on providing organizational support for preclinical animal studies, coordinating timelines, and delivering client communications in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

The position requires strong editing and formatting skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a bachelor’s degree in a related science field. Work is Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field.
• Strong editing and formatting skills in Microsoft Word & Excel, such as embedding graphs, columns, headers and footers, use of filters and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 or more years of experience simultaneously handling multiple priorities to meet project and client requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and scientific support for DART studies, including pre-study tasks, monitoring in-life progress, and client interactions.
• Provide backup support for Study Directors on day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Serve as a contact with Study Director in communication with other departments and clients.
• Compile data for clients for regular study progress updates.
• Draft protocols and amendments for Study Director Review and approval.
