Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator for the DART Greenfield team. The role involves providing organizational support for preclinical studies, managing timelines, and delivering client communications in line with GLP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include protocol development, budgeting, scheduling, and data compilation for client updates, while ensuring protocol adherence and quality across study activities. Strong editing, communication, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field is required.
• Strong editing and formatting skills in Microsoft Word & Excel (graphs, headers/footers, filters, pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level organizational support for preclinical (animal research) study tasks.
• Ensure studies run smoothly with scientific and operational quality.
• Support Study Directors with protocol development, costing, scheduling, and client communications.
