Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Preclinical Coordinator to provide administrative project oversight under the supervision of a project lead.

You will support the PQRA team and coordinate with vendors, pharm/tox testers, and collaborators to keep drug and device programs on schedule. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Experience reconciling financial spreadsheets for expenditure tracking.
• Experience scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
• Knowledge of organizational objectives and the federal budget process.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for drug product packaging and labeling at vendor facilities.
• Assist with logistics for drug product manufacturing, stability testing, and pharm/tox studies.
• Create and maintain operational tracking files and expenditure tracking.
• Reconcile tracked discrepancies (inventory, invoices, etc).
• Provide administrative support to the preclinical team, including scheduling meetings and drafting slides/minutes.
• Attend required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
