You will contribute to advancing cellular immunotherapy by developing in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo assays to enhance the safety and efficacy of CAR T cells in preclinical settings. Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cell culture and basic molecular biology techniques.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
- Familiarity with cytotoxicity assays and flow cytometry.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments to maintain and generate CAR T cells.
- Perform and validate cytotoxicity and flow cytometry assays.
- Perform ELISpot, ELISA, Luminex, MSD, or other assays as needed.
- Oversee in vivo mouse studies and ex vivo assays as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and electronic laboratory notebook.
- Communicate experimental results through reports and presentations.
