Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a skilled Wire/Sinker EDM Machinist for Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on precision manufacturing with aerospace-quality standards and requires experience operating EDM equipment and reading blueprints.

You will set up, fixture, and operate Wire EDM and Sinker EDM machines, inspect parts, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. 1–3 years of EDM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience operating Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with machine setup, fixturing, inspection, and precision measurement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, fixture, and operate Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM machines.
• Measure and inspect parts using blueprints and travelers for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Manage multiple machining jobs with productivity and attention to detail.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
