Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Route wires through fixtures and retainers following layouts.
• Verify wire colors, gauges, lengths, and connector locations.
• Perform crimping, stripping, terminating, and connector insertion as required.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies in materials or assembly.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
